Free Worldwide Shipping
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
Bleu Venus processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed. For example, an order placed on Monday should typically ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for this email to arrive.
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Bleu Venus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Address Verification
Providing an inaccurate, incomplete, or unverified shipping address may delay order processing by an additional 1–2 business days.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their shipping and billing information before completing checkout. Please make sure that your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, and country are entered correctly.
Delivery and Signature Requirements
Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery.
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox, front door, reception desk, or another location at the shipping address. The delivery carrier has the sole discretion to determine whether it is safe to leave a package unattended.
If the carrier determines that delivery cannot be completed safely, the package may be held at a local post office or carrier facility, or another delivery attempt may be scheduled.
We recommend using an address where you or another trusted person will be available to receive the package, such as a residential address, workplace, or trusted family member’s address.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address entered during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email to arrive.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please allow approximately 1–4 business days for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping confirmation is issued. In rare cases, tracking information may not update regularly even though the package is still moving through the carrier’s network.
If there is an issue with your tracking information or delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting Bleu Venus. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period has passed, please contact us at support@bleuvenus.com.
International Taxes and Duties
Customers located outside the United States are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, handling fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are assessed and collected by the local carrier, customs authority, or government agency. They are not collected by Bleu Venus and cannot be refunded by Bleu Venus.
International orders may be shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid at checkout.
The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable charges before the package can be delivered or released by customs. Because customs charges vary by country, Bleu Venus cannot predict or advise the amount that may be charged.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority or tax office for information regarding applicable duties, taxes, and import requirements.
In certain countries, the shipping carrier may pay customs duties or taxes on the recipient’s behalf to expedite customs clearance. The recipient may then be required to reimburse the carrier before or after delivery, along with any applicable administrative or processing fee.
Refusing to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed. Any shipping costs, customs charges, return fees, or other expenses incurred may be deducted from any refund permitted under our policies.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order.
Because we work to process orders quickly, there is only a limited period during which an order or shipping address may be changed. To request an address correction, contact us at support@bleuvenus.com immediately after placing your order.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that a change can be completed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bleu Venus cannot redirect, reroute, or modify the delivery address.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer to reship the order to the corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply. Where eligible, a refund may be issued after the returned package is received and inspected, subject to any applicable shipping or handling deductions.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Bleu Venus is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the shipping carrier marks them as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, building reception area, parcel room, front entrance, side entrance, and surrounding delivery areas. You should also ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery details or begin a missing-package investigation.
Returns
By placing an order with Bleu Venus, you are responsible for the cost of returning eligible products to Bleu Venus unless you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
If Bleu Venus confirms that the wrong product was sent or that the product arrived damaged or defective, we will provide further instructions and cover the approved return or replacement shipping costs, where applicable.
